List of Programs: Extreme Boot Camp (X-BC) Boot Camp Extreme is the most challenging of our workout programs. It is 45 minutes of intense activity incorporating muscle strength, muscle endurance and cardio. This challenging but achievable program forces the body to burn 1 ½ - 2 pounds of fat a week, and increases the body’s muscle mass, making the body leaner and stronger. The US Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) Chart (www.apft-standards.com) will be used to gauge the performance of this program. Note: A (2) mile run will be conducted twice a week with the weather permitting. (Temperature above 45 degrees-F. and dry) This includes all 4 seasons. Equipment Required: Length of Session: 4 weeks **A healthy eating plan must accompany this workout program. Boot Camp (BC) Boot Camp is a high speed program that enhances an individual’s muscle endurance and cardio. It is designed to give a non-military individual the initial effects of a newly enlisted soldier; making him/her physically ready to endure challenges that are normally difficult to overcome making success easier mentally and physically. Note: A (2) mile run will be conducted twice a week with the weather permitting. (Temperature above 45 degrees-F. and dry) This includes all 4 seasons. Body by Charles (BBC) Body by Charles is an aggressive cardio workout program averaging 120 to 140 beats per minute (music). Muscle endurance is incorporated into the cardio workout to ensure a non-stop and exciting period of physical fitness training, forcing the body’s composition to a fit a healthy look. Equipment Required: Length of Session: 4 weeks **A healthy eating plan must accompany this workout program. Combatant Training (CT) Combatant Training uses the techniques of kick-boxing and San Shou (full contact). The individual will go through the training of a competition fighter building timing, reflex, speed and power. We will teach the individual how to defend themselves by learning the proper use of kicks, punches, blocks and evading techniques. This aggressive workout streamlines the body giving it the look of a tapered and well prepared fighter. Equipment Required: Length of Session: 4 weeks **A healthy eating plan must accompany this workout program. Personal Training Personal Training is one-on-one training. Fitness and Wellness Program Fitness and Wellness Program is an off-site program where we will come to a group and conduct physical fitness training; track weight, tape and fat percentage on all requested participants, offering them healthy eating plans and self-tracking procedures.
